Book a Live Artist for Your Event
Whether you’re a corporate event lead trying to lock a keynote-night headliner, a festival programmer routing a touring act through your region, or a private host planning a milestone celebration, this is where it starts. Tell us the artist you’re after (or a genre and budget if you’re open), the event date, the city, and your talent budget. We handle the offer letter, the rider negotiation, travel and accommodation advancing, contracting, and onsite production coordination so you see one clean line item instead of a tangle of agents, business managers, and freight invoices.
Artist booking FAQs
What does the artist booking fee usually include?▼
Our quotes typically cover the performance fee, agency commission, standard rider (sound, lights, hospitality), and contracting. Travel, accommodation, ground, and any specialty production (LED, pyro, lasers, custom stage) are usually itemised separately so you can see exactly where the budget is going.
How early should I book a headliner?▼
For an A-list touring act with an active album cycle, 6–9 months is healthy. Off-cycle or domestic touring artists can sometimes be locked in 8–16 weeks. Last-minute (under 6 weeks) is possible if the artist is already routing through your region, but rate flexibility narrows.
Can you suggest artists if I have a budget but no name in mind?▼
Yes — that's actually one of the most efficient ways to use us. Tell us the audience profile (corporate, wedding, college, public concert, South Asian / mainstream), the budget range, and the date window, and we'll come back with 3–5 acts whose touring schedule, fee bracket, and audience fit your event.
Do you book international and South Asian artists for North American shows?▼
Yes. A large share of our roster is Punjabi, Bollywood, and South Asian — Karan Aujla, AP Dhillon, Diljit Dosanjh, Shubh, Sidhu Moose Wala collaborators, and the broader Punjabi-touring circuit — plus mainstream pop, hip-hop, and EDM acts active in North America.
Can I book multiple artists for the same event?▼
Absolutely. Multi-artist bills (headliner + 1–2 supports, or a curated festival lineup) are routine. Tell us the room, runtime, and budget split and we'll sequence the lineup so the build-up works and the headliner walks on at peak.
