Terms of Service — Catch Movement

By accessing catchmovement.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use the Site. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements where applicable.

2. The Service

Catch Movement is a discovery and indexing platform for live events. We do not sell tickets directly. Ticket transactions occur on HelloTickets or Ticketmaster via that provider's own terms of service. We may earn affiliate commission from qualifying purchases, but we are not HelloTickets or Ticketmaster.

3. Accuracy of information

Event listings (date, venue, price, availability) are pulled from third-party APIs and refreshed periodically. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. Always verify the final event details on the linked checkout provider before purchase.

4. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including HelloTickets and Ticketmaster. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Your interactions with third-party sites are governed by their own terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's design, code, original copy, brand marks, and editorial content are owned by Town Media Labs and protected by copyright and trademark law. Event names, artist names, venue names, and event imagery remain the property of their respective owners.

6. User conduct

You agree not to (a) scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the Site; (b) attempt to interfere with the Site's operation; (c) use the Site to violate any law or third-party right; (d) submit false information through forms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catch Movement and Town Media Labs are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Catch Movement and Town Media Labs harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
