When should I start marketing my show?▼
Hard-ticket concerts benefit from a 6–10 week runway: announce + on-sale week one, sustained awareness mid-cycle, urgency push in the final 14 days. Festivals and multi-day events should ideally start 12–16 weeks out. Last-minute promotion (under 4 weeks) is possible but the conversion math gets tighter and CPMs rise.

Do I need to send assets, or can you help produce them?▼
Either works. If you have hero artwork, a 15s vertical video, headliner photos, and ticket link, we can launch in 48 hours. If you don't, we can help spec a small creative package — vertical reel cut from press photos, a couple of static variants, and copy variants for A/B testing.
Can you target a specific audience — South Asian, Punjabi-speaking, college-aged?▼
Yes. Audience targeting is one of the main reasons promoters use us rather than a generic agency. We can layer South Asian / Punjabi / Hindi-speaking interest signals, language, lookalikes from past ticket-buyer files, and our own first-party audience data into the targeting brief.
Do you handle ticketing or just marketing?▼
Marketing is the focus here. We're channel-neutral on ticketing — we'll drive traffic to whatever ticketer the show is on (Ticketmaster, Showpass, eTix, AXS, Eventbrite, etc.) and link affiliate where it makes sense. If you also want help on the ticketing side or full promotion, route through the Show Booking form instead.
