Banquet Hall, Theatre & Arena Booking
Sourcing a venue is mostly a numbers game — capacity, date availability, catering policy, AV ceiling, and budget — and most people burn hours touring rooms that were wrong on paper. Skip that. Tell us the event type (South Asian wedding, corporate gala, hard-ticket concert, conference, charity fundraiser, large private party), your guest count or capacity target, preferred date or a 2–3 day window, city, and budget ceiling. We’ll shortlist 2–4 venues from our partner network that actually fit on all five dimensions, send indicative pricing with included services, and make a direct intro to the venue’s booking contact so you can move fast.
Hall booking FAQs
What kinds of venues are in your network?▼
Banquet halls (the workhorse for South Asian weddings and corporate galas), hotel ballrooms (full F&B + accommodation onsite), theatres (concerts, comedy, plays — 500 to 3,000 seats), small clubs and live-music rooms (200–800 cap), and arenas (5,000+ cap for major touring shows). We can shortlist venues across multiple categories in a single enquiry if you're flexible on format.
Do you charge a separate booking fee?▼
For most venues we're paid by the venue or rolled into the rate sheet, so there's no extra cost to you above the venue's published pricing. For specialty or off-network venues that involve heavy advancing, we'll quote a clear service fee up front before any contracts move.
What information helps you shortlist faster?▼
Event type (wedding, concert, conference, private party, fundraiser), capacity range, preferred date (or 2–3 day window), city, budget ceiling, AV and stage requirements (do you need a stage + line array, or just a head table + DJ booth?), catering preference (venue in-house, external preferred-vendor, fully BYO), and any accessibility requirements.
Can you also handle setup, catering, or production for the venue?▼
Yes — most venue bookings can be bundled with day-of production (AV, lighting, stage), entertainment (DJ, live band, dhol, singer), and emcee/host services in a single coordinated quote. That's usually a separate enquiry through the relevant form (DJ, wedding entertainment, show booking) but we'll link them on our side.
How far in advance should I book a hall?▼
South Asian wedding peak (May–October, plus Diwali / NYE / Vaisakhi weekends): 9–14 months ahead for first-choice venues. Off-peak: 4–6 months. Concert / theatre hard-tickets: 12–20 weeks. Arenas with anchor-tenant priority can require 6–9 months minimum.
