Pitch a Concert or Festival Slot
This is for show promoters, festival programmers, tour managers, and venue operators pitching a specific concert, festival slot, or one-off live event into our promotion and ticketing network — not for buying talent for your private event (that lives on the Artist Booking form). The faster a pitch lands with us, the more concrete it usually is: confirmed date or a 2–3 day window, headliner and supporting acts, existing venue hold, capacity / hard-ticket goal, an on-sale window, and current deal structure. Gaps are fine — say what’s locked and what’s open, and we’ll route it to the programmer or talent buyer best positioned to move on it.
Show booking FAQs
Who is this form for, exactly?▼
Show promoters, festival programmers, tour managers, and venue operators pitching a specific concert, festival slot, or one-off live event for promotion and / or ticketing partnership through our network. If you're trying to hire an artist for your private / corporate event, use the Artist Booking form instead.
Do you handle ticketing for shows you take on?▼
We're channel-neutral on ticketing. Many shows we promote sell on Ticketmaster, Showpass, eTix, AXS, or Eventbrite — we'll drive traffic to whatever ticketer you're on, and where we have affiliate routing, that's how the math works on our side. If you don't have a ticketer yet, we'll suggest the right fit for the room size and audience type.
What information helps you move fast?▼
Confirmed date or a 2–3 day window, headliner and supporting acts, an existing venue hold (if any), capacity / hard-ticket goal, an on-sale window, and your current commercial structure (deal type, splits, sponsorship status). Bigger holes are fine — say what's locked vs. open and we'll fill in around it.
Can you co-produce a show, not just promote it?▼
On select projects, yes. We co-produce a small number of shows per year where the artist fit, audience, and economics make sense. The bar is higher than pure promotion because there's underwriting risk involved. Pitch it the same way and flag interest in co-pro in the message.
How early should I pitch?▼
Most shows benefit from a 6–12 week promotion runway. Festivals and large outdoor events: 12–20 weeks. Boutique theatre / club shows: 4–8 weeks is sometimes enough if the artist has a strong existing audience. Earlier is always better for marketing math.
