Sunidhi Chauhan Opening Act 2026 — Who is the Support?
How Sunidhi Chauhan Tour Openers Get Announced
Most Sunidhi Chauhantour openers aren't named when tickets go on sale. The supporting act is locked in per-region (sometimes per-show) and surfaces on the official Ticketmaster show page in the weeks before each stop. Click any date above to see whether the opener is confirmed yet — Catch Movement pulls live show pages daily, so the listed support act updates as soon as Ticketmaster does.
For headliners at Sunidhi Chauhan's scale, expect a single opener doing a 30 to 45 minute set, sometimes with a regional rotation (a Canadian opener for CA dates, a US opener for the American leg). The opener slot doesn't require a separate ticket — your Sunidhi Chauhan ticket covers the full show.
How to Find the Confirmed Sunidhi Chauhan Opener for Your City
- Pick your city from the tour-date list above.
- Click through to that show's Ticketmaster page.
- Check the listing — confirmed openers appear under the headline name once added.
- Watch for updates — openers are sometimes added 2 to 4 weeks out, so check back if it's still TBA.
Do I Need a Separate Ticket for the Opener?
No. The Sunidhi Chauhan ticket you buy from Ticketmaster covers the entire show — opener + headliner — at the same venue, same night. Doors usually open 60 to 90 minutes before the advertised start time; the opener typically performs first, with a 20 to 30 minute changeover before Sunidhi Chauhan takes the stage.

About Sunidhi Chauhan
Nidhi Chauhan was born on August 14, 1983 in Delhi, India, into a family with deep ties to Hindustani classical and devotional music traditions. She began training in Hindustani classical music at age four under Ustad Hafiz Ahmed Khan, with parallel exposure to Bollywood-playback repertoire through the Delhi private-concert circuit that her father — actor Dushyant Chauhan — placed her into. Her professional debut came at age eight at a 1991 Hari Om Sharan concert in Delhi. The career-defining moment came in 1996 when she won the inaugural season of Meri Awaz Suno on Doordarshan, hosted by Anu Malik, at age twelve, establishing her as a next-generation playback voice. Her first Bollywood credit came the same year on Shastra (1996) for Kalyanji-Anandji, but the breakthrough came with Ruki Ruki Si Zindagi from Mast (1999), composed by Anand-Milind under the Ram Gopal Varma banner. Mehboob Mere from Fiza (2000), composed by Anu Malik, won her the first of multiple Filmfare RD Burman Awards for New Music Talent. Bhage Re Mann from Chameli (2003), composed by Sandesh Shandilya for the Sudhir Mishra film starring Kareena Kapoor, became a defining track of the early-2000s Bollywood female-vocal catalogue. Dhoom Machale from Dhoom (2004), composed by Pritam, pulled her catalogue into the Bollywood-action-soundtrack mainstream; the Dhoom-franchise contributions — Crazy Kiya Re (Dhoom 2, 2006), Kamli (Dhoom 3, 2013) — extended her presence in one of the most commercially successful Bollywood franchises of the era. Beedi from Omkara (2006), composed by Vishal Bhardwaj for the Othello adaptation, became one of the defining female-vocal Bollywood tracks of the 2000s and won her the Filmfare Award for Best Female Playback Singer. Sheila Ki Jawani from Tees Maar Khan (2010), composed by Vishal-Shekhar for the Farah Khan film starring Katrina Kaif, became one of the most-streamed female-vocal Bollywood tracks of the post-2010 era. Aaja Nachle (2007, Salim-Sulaiman) sits alongside Beedi and Sheila Ki Jawani as one of the defining Sunidhi Chauhan tracks. She has served as a judge across multiple seasons of Indian Idol, Indian Idol Junior, and The Voice India since 2010. She married music director Hitesh Sonik in 2012.
