Olivia Rodrigo Tour 2027

Inside Olivia Rodrigo

Olivia Rodrigo is the American singer-songwriter and actress who, on the strength of a single song uploaded to streaming in January 2021, went from working Disney Channel actor to one of the defining pop voices of the decade in the space of about ten weeks. 'drivers license' was a generational viral moment — the kind of single that re-arranges the upper charts, dominates the SNL cold open jokes, and re-prices the artist's touring future overnight — and the SOUR album that followed turned the moment into a career. The sound sits at the intersection of pop, pop rock, and the late-2010s alt-pop wave that runs through Lorde and Phoebe Bridgers and the Paramore reissues she has been openly studying.

The lyrics read like a diary written by a writer who knows she is also writing a hit, the chord changes are guitar-led where most of her pop peers are synth-led, and the live show is genuinely loud — full band, dance breaks, theatrical staging, and an audience that knows every word of two albums front to back. The GUTS World Tour scaled the touring side of the project to multi-night arena runs across North America, the UK, Europe, and Australia, with a few select stadium dates layered on the routing.

She is signed to Geffen Records, writes her own material, and is one of the small handful of post-2020 pop breakthroughs who has cleared the SOUR-album-curse — second-record-syndrome ceiling that has tripped up most of her cohort. This page is the working guide to who Olivia Rodrigo is, what a GUTS World Tour show actually looks like in practice, how the ticketing tends to behave at the arena tier, and which cities keep coming up on the routing — including the Miami date that drives a meaningful share of the per-city search volume.

About Olivia Rodrigo

Olivia Isabel Rodrigo was born February 20, 2003, in Temecula, California — the Inland Empire town an hour north of San Diego and an hour south of the Disney machine that would shape the first half of her public-facing career. She is the daughter of a Filipino-American father, who works as a family therapist, and an American mother who taught elementary school, and the family relocated to the Los Angeles area to support the acting career that started when she was six.

She booked her first studio work at twelve in the Disney Channel original movie An American Girl: Grace Stirs Up Success, and then landed the recurring role of Paige Olvera on the Disney Channel series Bizaardvark, which ran from 2016 to 2019. The next role was the load-bearing one: Nini Salazar-Roberts on High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, the Disney+ meta-property that recursively re-staged the original High School Musical with a new ensemble cast performing in-show original songs.

Olivia wrote and performed 'All I Want' for the series soundtrack and the song quietly went platinum on the back of streaming — the first signal to anyone watching the publishing splits that the actress in the Disney ensemble was also a working songwriter in her own right. The pivot moment was 'drivers license' in January 2021.

Released as the lead single off what would become SOUR, the song spent eight weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot 100, became the fastest non-holiday song ever to cross 100 million Spotify streams, and turned an eighteen-year-old Disney actor into the centre of the global pop conversation overnight. SOUR followed in May 2021 — debut #1 on the Billboard 200, Grammy nominations for Album of the Year and Record of the Year, the wins for Best New Artist and Best Pop Solo Performance, and a Sour Tour through theatres and mid-cap arenas in 2022.

GUTS in September 2023 was the sophomore album that closed the door on second-record syndrome: 'vampire' as the lead single, 'bad idea right?' and 'get him back!'

as the loud pop-rock anchors, 'ballad of a homeschooled girl' and 'all-american bitch' as the sharpest writing on the record, and another Grammy AOTY nomination. The GUTS World Tour that followed scaled to sold-out arena multi-night runs across North America, the UK, Europe, and Australia, with a feature-length concert film for Netflix capturing the Los Angeles run.

She is signed to Geffen Records, manages through Bill Silva Management, and writes her own material with Daniel Nigro as the consistent co-writer and producer across both records.

Olivia Rodrigo tour dates

The GUTS World Tour is Olivia Rodrigo's first full-scale arena routing and the model the next cycle will be built off. The pattern is multi-night runs at the marquee arenas in the major North American markets — Kia Forum and Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, Madison Square Garden in New York, Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, the United Center in Chicago, TD Garden in Boston — single nights through the secondary US cities, a UK and European leg anchored at The O2 in London and the equivalent rooms in Berlin, Paris, and Amsterdam, and an Australian leg through the Qudos Bank and Rod Laver arenas.

A handful of select stadium dates have appeared on the routing where the demand cleared multiple arena nights on a single venue option, but the project is fundamentally an arena tour — the staging, the production scale, and the merch operation are all built around the 15,000-to-20,000-capacity room. The live set runs roughly 100 to 115 minutes including the encore — about 22 to 25 songs across the two albums — with one or two support acts (the GUTS World Tour cycle has run with The Breeders, Chappell Roan, PinkPantheress, and Remi Wolf in rotation depending on the leg and the venue).

The staging is theatrical: a multi-level set with a moon-and-stars visual world, full band positioned across the deck, dance breaks built around the pop-rock material, and a quieter centre-of-set section that strips the SOUR ballads down to piano-and-vocal. Doors are typically 6:30 or 7 p.m., support opens around 8, and Olivia is on stage between 9 and 9:30 depending on the building.

Olivia Rodrigo tickets

GUTS World Tour tickets are arena-tier pop tickets with a uniquely active secondary market — the SOUR-era theatre dates priced face value low and saw 10x-and-up resale markups, and the arena routing has corrected the floor without taking the secondary heat off. Expect the standard arena split: general admission floor or pit at the front of the stage (the most contested ticket, gone within the first minute of any public onsale), reserved lower-bowl seating with sightlines onto the staging, reserved upper-bowl, and the limited-view far-corner inventory that lists at the lowest face value of the building.

Face value across the cycle has typically run from a rough US$50 to US$75 for cheapest upper-bowl reserved up to US$200 to US$350 for premium lower-bowl, with Sour Patch Kids VIP and Silver Star VIP packages bundling merch, early entry, premium seating, and the in-venue lounge into the US$400 to US$1,000 band depending on tier. Ticketmaster runs the onsale through its Verified Fan system — registration window first, code distribution by lottery, then a Verified Fan presale, then an Olivia Rodrigo fan-club presale, then the public window for whatever inventory has not cleared.

Dynamic pricing through Ticketmaster Platinum is the live wire and routinely pushes lower-bowl tickets well past sticker for the highest-demand multi-night runs. Secondary inventory on StubHub, SeatGeek, and Vivid Seats is live within minutes of onsale and runs at a meaningful premium — always cross-check the venue chart before paying a markup.

Olivia Rodrigo setlist

A GUTS World Tour set runs roughly 100 to 115 minutes and follows the same broad shape from night to night, with one or two slot swaps for the surprise-song moment. The opener is typically 'bad idea right?' — the pop-rock detonation that establishes the staging, the band, and the volume of the room — and the front of the set runs hard through 'ballad of a homeschooled girl' and the louder GUTS material before pivoting to the SOUR singles. 'vampire' and 'traitor' anchor the middle of the show; 'drivers license' is the centre-of-set ballad moment, almost always with a quieter piano-and-vocal arrangement that pulls the building down to silence before the chorus brings it back. 'deja vu' and 'good 4 u' carry the second half of the main set through to the encore.

The back third of the show is the loud-and-fast run — 'get him back!', 'all-american bitch', and 'brutal' in a sequence that flips between dance-break choreography and full pop-rock catharsis — before the encore closes the night, typically with 'obsessed' and a final main-set anthem depending on the city. Exact running order shifts night to night and the surprise-song slot rotates through deep cuts and the occasional cover; setlist.fm tracks each show after the fact, usually within hours of curfew, so the working version of any given night's running order is always one search away.
